I like this a lot, particularly the second and last stanzas. I love the idea of the sun "performing its love without thought". Also, you and I were in creative writing classes together at OU! I recognized your name right away and Google-confirmed it. (No pressure to remember me back -- for one thing, my name has changed since then.)
